Biografía del autor
Frank Zöllner escribió su tesis doctoral sobre un antiguo tema de la teoría del arte y la arquitectura de la Edad Media y el Renacimiento (1987), y realizó su examen de cátedra sobre los estudios del movimiento de Leonardo da Vinci (publicado en 2010). Es autor de numerosas publicaciones sobre arte y teoría del arte del Renacimiento, así como sobre el arte del siglo XX. Desde 1996, es profesor de Historia del Arte de la Edad Media y Moderna en la Universidad de Leipzig. Es autor de las monografías sobre Leonardo da Vinci y Miguel Ángel en formato XL publicadas por TASCHEN.
